The Matchday Operations Crew at LAFC supports soccer match logistics, including setup/breakdown of equipment, assisting teams and officials, managing fan experiences, and troubleshooting match-related issues. Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, be able to work flexible hours, and physically handle labor-intensive tasks. While English proficiency is required, knowledge of French (as well as Spanish or Portuguese) is considered a plus.
