The Tax Manager will lead all U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance, reporting, and strategic planning for a global financial services firm, including managing tax provisions (ASC 740), audits, and cross-functional advisory on tax-related business decisions. Candidates must have strong technical expertise in U.S. tax laws, CPA or advanced tax education, at least six years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. While the job is primarily U.S.-focused and requires hybrid work in NYC, knowledge of French or bilingual skills is not specified or required in this role.
